The Gardens at The Orchards provides a secure and comfortable living environment specially designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our dedicated memory care in the Orange County neighborhood provides a safe, home-like setting, where residents can relax and feel at home. The Orchards Health Center is designed to provide a full range of services to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our highly trained staff provides around-the-clock specialized nursing care including IV therapy, feeding tubes, pain management, wound care, and rehabilitative services. The team at The Orchards includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants who work together with registered therapists, rehab technicians and dietitians to provide customized care for each resident.

Physicians often refer their patients to The Orchards for rehabilitation or post-acute care when recovering from a stroke or from orthopedic surgery, such as a hip or knee replacement. Our patients are assisted in their goals for recovery through the efforts of an interdisciplinary team of caring, experienced rehabilitation professionals. Because each person’s needs are unique, treatment is individualized, based on the patient’s physical limitations, abilities, and goals for recovery.

There’s always something to do, whether it’s a walk in the garden, music appreciation in the library or that favorite old movie in the entertainment lounge. We offer many activities and outings, as well as scheduled transportation to local medical appointments and shopping. At The Orchards, residents make their own choices and create their own schedules based upon their interests, routines and abilities. 

At The Orchards Health Center, we know a pleasurable dining experience can contribute significantly to our resident’s overall sense of health, happiness, and satisfaction with their surroundings. In our table-service dining rooms, our residents enjoy three appetizing and well-balanced meals. Each meal is prepared with fresh ingredients daily by a trained culinary team.
