Our Assisted Living Community

The Orchards Health Center is currently under construction with a projected opening of Fall 2020. Upon completion, The Orchards will be South Orange County’s premier health center, offering to the community 58 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care apartments, and a 49-bed skilled nursing facility.

Located just minutes from historic downtown San Juan Capistrano, the Pacific Ocean, and unique shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, The Orchards Health Center is close to everything. Additionally, The Orchards Health Center is 7 miles away from state-of-the-art, full-service, acute care, Mission Hospital.

At The Orchards Health Center, care is our main concern. We recognize that the transition from individual living to assisted living can be difficult. In order to best serve our residents, we offer a full continuum of care, assisted living, 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitation services, memory care, respite care, and end of life planning and care. Our team understands the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere.

Equally to the emphasis that we place on care, are the services and amenities offered to our residents to enhance their daily experiences. Dining at The Orchards is an event. We offer multiple dining experiences and diverse menus. Our skilled culinary team works together to design fresh, creative menus from fresh, seasonal ingredients for our residents.
